Assessments

At Naturally Literate all our students go through entry testing. Exit testing as well as test analysis are for students looking for Reading Remediation. These tests are extremely important to help us best match our program to each students needs.

Reading Remediation specific:
All testing is done using The Remediation Plus System. These tests are used to create a learning plan that best matches the students learning style. These tests clearly reveal whether the student can truly segment words and blend phonemes or whether they are "guessing" and drawing on a memorized word bank. Testing also accurately indicates the Reading and Spelling grade level. Initial testing is an estimated one hour process.

There is an option to have a report generated for an additional fee. Reports are given to parents electronically. Parents are encouraged to share this information with the school principal and classroom teacher.
